Fixed LTE no connection with Cell C since day one!!!

Within 24 hours after receiving my router and Fixed Wireless Internet with Cell C I logged the first of several complaints with Afrihost of no connectivity with Cell C.  I was told several times to hard reset my router, which was not the issue to start with.  My MTN LTE sim works just fine in the router, averaging 50Mb/second yet I average 9Mb/second with Cell C LTE, and that being in the middle of the so called Cell C LTE coverage area.  I am not prepared to pay for a service I do not receive, either this needs to get sorted out or I want my service cancelled as well as the R999.00 refunded that I paid in for the Huawei B618 router.

what area are you in?
I am in Cape Town, Table View, Devon Valley Way. Right in the middle of the Cell C LTE area.
