I can't login to my account

I also cannot log in to my account. When I click on forgot password, nothing happens and I do not receive any email.

Good Day

If you are having trouble logging into your client zone, simply reset the password.

Unfortunately, Afrihost does not keep any passwords.

- Go to ClientZone 

- Type your username and click on forgot password.

- An email will be sent to you with the password or a link to reset it.

The email will be sent to the email address you signed up with.

Sorry for the frustration caused by this.
The OTP login system is a policy that's been implemented for the security of all our clients.
An OTP is sent to the primary contact number via SMS and is valid for 15 minutes.
If your primary contact number has changed, please send an email to support@afrihost.com so the account can be verified and the details updated.
