Cell C fixed wireless has not been working for over 2 weeks now

I have not had a connection in over 2 weeks now not matter how many times I am told to hard reset or remove the sim or force a 4G network connection. The mode is a solid red, does not even become blue for a split second, nothing. No one has given me a solution at all and they keep saying they will get back to me? But when it is time to get billed at the end of the month I am expected to pay the full amount right? For a non existent service. Afrihost/CellC pleeeeease make it make sense. What is going on?? This is very annoying and highly unfair. And yes I already filled in that form you people sent me
