Please note that by default the fixed LTE sim card does not have a pin code due to the fact that it is meant to be used on a fixed LTE device such as the B315 or B618 and not in a mobile device. In case you lose the sim card, please use the Sim Replacement option from the connectivity section in ClientZone. this option will automatically cancel your sim card and order a new replacement sim card.
