Good Day Christo,

To change your package on ClientZone please follow the steps below:

  1. Log into ClientZone.
  2. Click on the ‘Connectivity’ tab.
  3. Select the DSL package you want to change.
  4. Click on the ‘Edit Package’ button.
  5. In the Change to Another Package section, select the package you’d like to change to in the New Product drop-down.
  6. Accept the terms and click on ‘Change Package’ to confirm your package change.
