I cancelled due to non delivery. I called it was confirmed and now you deny it per email????

Your courier never pitched. Time and time and time again he broke his word. Nor did he bother to return calls. Spent a day on your facebook messenger trying to sort it out. Finally on 22nd at 4.45pm I called Afrihost and cancelled. Also was told no debit had gone off my account and it was confirmed cancelled. Nobody mentioned a cancellation fee.

Now I get an email from Krishna.R telling me that you unaware that I cancelled. Please check your recordings and also check your messenger. I will not pay any cancellation fee and if you debit from my account for cancellation or any other reason, this will be theft
