RAIN fixed wireless not working?

RAIN wireless seems to be offline.

Router reset did not help, also unable to view data balance in clientzone.

Think it may be connected to the MTN issues the past 2 days.

Good Day,


Insert your LTE sim card into the Device Your SIM Card should be active within 30 minutes after delivery. In extreme cases, it can take up to 48 hours, but this is highly unlikely.

Should you have trouble connecting after 30 minutes, please reboot your device and try to connect again. 

If the area is FULLY covered, please enable roaming on the device by following these steps:

1. Log into the router.

2. Click on the “Settings” tab on top.

3. Traverse to “Dial-Up and then “Connect”.

4. Select the Enable radio button

5.Restart the router by going to System -> Restart

Do you guys even read the questions? I have been using the fixed wireless for months now.
A while later I received this response:
RAIN Fixed Wireless Clients may be experiencing limited or intermittent connectivity. We are working with our upstream provider to address and resolve this issue as quickly as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.
