No response on email to

I have send an email this morning already regarding a ticket that was raised. No response? LSL-571-91336

I got a reply saying that it has been sent to the relevant department. Now imagine I run a business and my site goes down. I would lose business because of downtime. Just saying. Not impressed at all.

So I got helped on the whatsapp support option. It was on Monday though. But it was super quick and very efficient. I still think support over weekends is very neccessary.
