Good Day,

There are several reasons which may lead to slow internet access.

To verify that the connection is slow, kindly connect your computer to the wifi router using the LAN cable, and go to www.speedtest.net to perform a speed test.

If the download speed is still around 9mbps then please log a support ticket.
