Put in your address on the fibre coverage map and click on 'check fibre availability', if it says there are no fibre providers in your area, you can click on 'I'm sure I have Fibre'. Please do so only if you are 100% sure you do have fibre in your area and it is live as you may be held liable for any applicable cancellation fees.
Fibre orders placed on or after 10 December may not be installed during the Holiday Season.
Fibre orders placed during this freeze period may only be scheduled for installation in January.
