Why are we having to enter a OTP?

I never Authorized or Requested this.

And why is it being sent to my phone and not my email?

Why have we not got these options?

Why force this on us?

This is very inconvenient

Sorry for the frustration caused by this.
The OTP login system is a policy that's been implemented for the security of all our clients. 
An OTP is sent to the primary contact number via SMS and is valid for 15 minutes.
If your primary contact number has changed, please send an email to support@afrihost.com so the account can be verified and the details updated.
