I have a debit order set up and Ive topped up data before with no issues. Today Ive toped up with 5Gigs and now Ive been capped and immediate payment is required. I have made an EFT   Account number:A175xxxxxx

When doing a top up it will take effect immediately, you may need to restart your device if you do not get connected. 

Fixed Wireless LTE-A data top-ups can be done in the Afrihost Client Zone.

- Log in to Client Zone (

- Click on Connectivity

- On the right-hand side select the package that you wish to top up

- Click on Data Top-ups

- Under Top Up Now, select the Top-up amount you want, by clicking on the drop-down arrow.

- Select the amount you wish to top up your account with.

- Tick the box to accept "That I will be charged immediately for this "

- Then, finally click on Top Up My Data

This will immediately top up your account.


Data Bundle Topups are valid for 30 days from purchase. Any unused Topup Bundle will be forfeited at 23:59 on the expiry date.
