How do I replace a lost sim card for the fixed wireless option

Good Day,

If your Fixed Wireless sim card has been lost, stolen or damaged you can do a simple Sim Swap in ClientZone.

This will place a sim only order, allocate the sim to the current data package and disable the old sim serial on the network.

Fixed Wireless LTE-A sim swap can be done in Client Zone.

  1. Log in to ClientZone ( )
  2. Select Mobile and Wireless from the menu on the left-hand side.
  3. Scroll down and select Replacement SIM for Voice and Data SIM
  4. You will then be informed about replacing your SIM Card, Click Next Step.
  5. Enter your existing ClientZone log in detail, Click Log In
  6. From the product drop-down menu select your Cell C or RAIN LTE product you want a replacement for.
  7.  Follow the easy online steps to get the replacement sim.

I don't  see the sim replacement button.
