If your Fixed Wireless sim card has been lost, stolen or damaged you can do a simple Sim Swap in ClientZone.
This will place a sim only order, allocate the sim to the current data package and disable the old sim serial on the network.
Fixed Wireless LTE-A sim swap can be done in Client Zone.
- Log in to ClientZone (https://clientzone.afrihost.com/order/#/mobile )
- Select Mobile and Wireless from the menu on the left-hand side.
- Scroll down and select Replacement SIM for Voice and Data SIM
- You will then be informed about replacing your SIM Card, Click Next Step.
- Enter your existing ClientZone log in detail, Click Log In
- From the product drop-down menu select your Cell C or RAIN LTE product you want a replacement for.
- Follow the easy online steps to get the replacement sim.
