More to inform others who may have had to get a new mobile sim when existing one is faulty. I found that the Plus+ 500m mobile data was not reflecting on the Client Zone, and I contacted Support. Seems the agent was not ofay with the problem and wanted to get me to purchase a new 500m mobile service. Anyway, to cut a long story short, I eventuall looked into the Client Zone - Other Services - Plus+ - My Afrihost Plus+ and saw that the free mobile data was inactive. Just selected the new number and activated it, easy as that and the data was available immediately. Another thumbs up for Afrihost and a lesson learned by me.
