My WIfi dont work. My telkomline is still on and working. Anything I can do to make it work again?

I trust you are well,

Kindly note that there are a few reasons why your connection is offline: 

  • Please test the line via Afrihost/Telkom to ensure that DSL section of the line is still active
  • The router may have lost its Auth settings and needs to be reconfigured.
  • The hardware may be damaged, thus you will have to have your router tested.
  • Kindly check your account status too.
