Kindly note that there are a few reasons why your connection is offline:
- Please test the line via Afrihost/Telkom to ensure that DSL section of the line is still active
- The router may have lost its Auth settings and needs to be reconfigured.
- The hardware may be damaged, thus you will have to have your router tested.
