How do i get my data balance. It is not available on the app.

Good Day Mandy,

You can easily check your mobile data usage in ClientZone.

Mobile Data Packages

  1. Log into ClientZone.
  2. Click on the ‘Connectivity’ tab.
  3. Select your Mobile Data package.
  4. You will be able to see your current data usage in the account overview panel.
