Time frame for router installation already have fibre act

Have waited a week for installation and still not forthcoming. We already have fibre optics installed. All that is needed is a router and activation. Please contact Corne Els 078 802 7911 for access.

Good Day,

You can sign up for Afrihost Fibre via our Fibre microsite, simply follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Afrihost Fibre microsite.
  2. Click on the ‘Sign up Now!’ button in the navigation bar.
  3. You’ll be taken to the Fibre Availability Map.
  4. Enter the address where you would like Fibre to be installed and press enter to search the map.
  5. Click on the ‘Check Fibre Availability’ button.
  6. Select your preferred Fibre Network. 
  7. Choose your Fibre Experience.
  8. Next, choose your preferred Fibre connection speed.
  9. You will see a summary of your selected Fibre package. Once you are happy with your selection, click on the ‘Order Now’ button.
  10. You’ll be redirected to the Afrihost Order Form to complete the order process.
