Afrihost, why are you not acknowledging the Fibre network outage in Constantia Park, Pretoria? I have been informed by your own support people that this is a widespread problem, see your own Whatsapp response: "The line is down from Openserves substation from the tests". We have been down since Friday last week, I logged a call with you on Saturday morning but I have received no feedback besides the automated response and myself wrenching feedback from from your support people. What is going on?
