Afrihost, why are you not acknowledging the Fibre network outage in Constantia Park, Pretoria? I have been informed by your own support people that this is a widespread problem, see your own Whatsapp response: "The line is down from Openserves substation from the tests". We have been down since Friday last week, I logged a call with you on Saturday morning but I have received no feedback besides the automated response and myself wrenching feedback from from your support people. What is going on?

Apologies for the downtime you are experiencing.

You are able to see if there is a general outage in there area on our Network Status map
https://www.afrihost.com/site/network_status#fibre

If the area is not mentioned then the issue is isolated and a fault must be logged.
If you have already done this then a technician should be dispatched to you as soon as possible.
