Cannot verify ClientZone login because Cellphone network signal is down

Look, this is an obvious question and one that affects me greatly (and inconvenient also !!) is that ibn my area my Vodacom signal is frequently down or too weak to even carry a bar for SMS delivery.

How can Afrihost be so careless of clients needs as to introduce a silly SMS verification system for login to Client Zone??

Sorry for the frustration caused by this.
The OTP login system is a policy that's been implemented for the security of all our clients. 
An OTP is sent to the primary contact number via SMS and is valid for 15 minutes.
If your primary contact number has changed, please send an email to so the account can be verified and the details updated.
