I am a customer and would like to migrate from my current contract to fibre. Can you talk me thru the process.

You need to login to clientzone and sign up for the fibre package

You need to check if you have coverage first.

Here are the steps:


  • Connectivity
  • Select on "Sign up a New Connectivity Package"
  • Select Fibre
  • Check "Coverage in My Area"

It will show you the Fibre provide in your area and all the packages.

You can sign up on clientzone.

Then after you can cancel the currect package you have.
