My connectivity is off... could you check my connection please

I also seem to have no connection.. Installed fibre Thursday.. Added the object number to site n was connected immediately.. Yesterday at 12:00 it stopped. Never came back on.  Sent emails to afrihost I was asked for a picture of my white box I sent.. Coz red light flashed n then I get no reply... Every day counts.. Need some support
