I have been trying to top up data all day. It said successful but i have not got anything nor was i charged.

Apologies for any inconvenience and frustration caused.

On 20 April 2019 Cell C Fixed Wireless clients were unable to top up due to a technical issue.
It has been resolved now and the top up function has been restored.
