Is the top up issue really being seen too or are we being taken for a ride here since its a long weekend?

Good day sir,

Apologies for any inconvenience and frustration caused.

On 20 April 2019 Cell C Fixed Wireless clients were unable to top up due to a technical issue. It has been resolved now and the top up function has been restored. I assure you our engineers were most definitely attending to the issue over the long weekend.
