I’m unable to top up my data? Not working on the app or clientzone. No assistance available on live chat or phone lines?

I have been trying to top up my data for 2 days to no avail. On the app when I click on top up my data it loads then nothing happens. On clientzone they asked me to first take a picture of my ID document for verification purpouses. I did this, but since nothing has changed. How could it be this difficult to buy data from you? Is this not the product that you are selling?

Kindly note that that there are no known issues with the App, however, if the account has not been verified by ID submission it will remain suspended.
