How do I downgrade a data package

Hi Ronelle,

You can change your package in ClientZone.

Please follow these steps: 

  • Log into ClientZone (

  • Select the 'Connectivity' tab 

  • On the right-hand side select the fixed wireless package you want to change.

  • Select 'Edit package' 

  • Under Change to Another Package, you will see your 'Current Product' 

  • Select the 'New Product' you want from the drop-down menu.

  • Accept the 'Effective From' terms. 

  • Click 'Change Package'

To upgrade or downgrade your package in ClientZone, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log into ClientZone.
  2. Click on the ‘Connectivity’ tab.
  3. Select the package that you want to upgrade or downgrade.
  4. Click on the ‘Edit Package’ button.
  5. You can upgrade or downgrade your package in the ‘Change to Another Package’ section.
