I trust that you are well. When that happens it is usually due to the incorrect physical connection or incorrect mapping of your device.
When activating always make sure that you have ONT>>router>> laptop/cellphone (wifi)
DO NOT go to the afrihost activation page when connecting a laptop directly to the ONT (unless advised by an afrihost agent for trouble shooting purposes) this will map your laptop which will in turn cause the every device connecting to the network to as you to activate because our system will pick up the laptop as a foreign device.
