I want to access client zone yet I am overseas. I don't have access to an OTP.

Good day,

I am also looking for a way to access my account again, since I no longer use the number to which the OTP is sent, all previous logins had no requirement for an OTP, so I'm guessing it's a newish security feature added during the past year.

If your primary contact number has changed, please send an email to support@afrihost.com so that the account can be verified, and the details updated.

Once this is done an OTP will be sent to you via email.

Good Day Marc, 

To access your ClientZone an OTP will be sent all times, it is advisable that you put in your sim where the OTP comes in every time you need to log into your ClientZone when you are out of the country.
