How do i find my object number to activate my account ?

Good Day Wesley,

Please follow the steps below on how to find your Object Number:

You need your Vumatel Object / VT number in order to activate your Vumatel Fibre line after installation.

In order to find your Object / VT number, open your browser and go to

(Log in using your registered ClientZone email or username and password to log in)

  • Click on the ‘Login or Register’ link on the top right corner of the page to log in.
  • Enter your email/ username and password and click continue. 
  • Once logged in, select your username at the top right-hand side of the screen and select ‘Your Account’.
  • In the Your Profile section, scroll down to Fibre Details.
  • Copy (Ctrl + C) your Object number.
  • Once you have your Object / VT number, head over to ClientZone to complete the activation.
