cant access my cpanel, I get an "Oops an Error Occurred! Something went wrong" error

the site is active and i have waited well over 2 days for activation

Good Day Tshepang,

Follow the steps below to log into cPanel via ClientZone:

  1. Go to ClientZone.
  2. Log in using your ClientZone credentials.
  3. Select the Hosting tab.
  4. Under the shared hosting section, select your domain name.
  5. Click on the cPanel button.
  6. Select the ‘Log into cPanel’ button.

Follow the steps below to log into cPanel via URL directly:

  1. Go to your internet browser
  2. Enter:
  3. Enter the username and password.
