Very happy to have you join our fibre family.
Now that you have your Object number from Vumatel you need to activate the line.
This is very simple and can be done in the Afrihost ClietZone, the link below will help you with additional information.

Once you have your Object / VT number, enter it in to ClientZone:
- Log into ClientZone.
- Click on the ‘Connectivity’ tab.
- Select your Vumatel Fibre package.
- Enter the Object / VT number in the ‘Object Number’ field.
- Click on ‘Submit Object Number’ to confirm.
Give it at least an hour then you will be good to go.
Your router is already pre-configured and should simply be a plugin and go device.
