[FEATURE REQUEST] Advanced Users Option

Hi,

One of the things I hate more than an internet line that is slow or down is when a tier 1 support engineer is trying to force you, an advanced technical user, to redo trivial troubleshooting checks after repeatedly saying that you've already checked the basics. (And yes, rebooted the router 40 times).

It would be great if advanced users support tickets could be directed straight to Tier 2/3 support from the start... maybe an option the user can enable in ClientZone "Enable Advanced User Mode" that would enable a different ticketing workflow for advanced users.
