Frogfoot completed my fibre installation at home but I cannot access WiFi. How can I access the Wifi?

I purchased Fibre online. I am not sure of my username and password as my daughter did the application and currently she is not within my reach. I have received the router via courer service. I have also received a card within the router box stating my WiFi network name (SSID) and my WiFi networks passwoard.

Frogfoot came and did the instatllation three weeks ago. I am not sure if they activated my IFibre line.  In addition to this I also need to download my Afrihost APP from play store, but I cannot do it without my username and password. I have created and registered this profile to communicate to you as it takes ages to wait when one calls the call centre.
