Since 1 November when you migrated to Frogfoot my fibre link is down.

More than two weeks ago you informed me Frogfoot will contact me to come and replace the ONT device. Thus far no-one has contacted me. Now this. Blitzfibre were pretty good in their response times and effective in fixing issues. I hope this issue is not a fore-runner of what service we can expect from Frogfoot. Frogs jump, and I expect them to just do so when there is an issue ;-)   ;-)o Please advise when I can expect a response of ANY kind? What is the way forward? Will you credit me for the days of no service? I would expect that.

I would get in contact with support for effeciancy.
