Is there a secret to getting hold of Afrihost?

Has Afrihost closed for the holidays? Has everyone gone home? Has anyone been to their offices to make sure that they're all OK?

Instant chat - All options offline. WhatsApp - Currently offline (Permanently since Saturday!) E-mails - No reply. Try phoning - Message that I'll have to hold on for 30 minutes. (Government departments don't have to try so hard).

If there's anyone out there at Afrihost, please contact me by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. (I assume that you still have these facilities).

I was just about to sign up. Called the landline and got through to sales. I made a point of asking if the calls were recorded.

I mentioned everything you mentioned above. All I got was an OK. When I asked why I am not receving my verification emails, the reply was "Sorry i dont work in the department". As for the sale "Sorry we dont know how long it will take to get Fibre installed".

So, now my purchase decision is on hold indefinitely. Which is a pity, since I had good service from them a few years back.
