I was just about to sign up. Called the landline and got through to sales. I made a point of asking if the calls were recorded.
I mentioned everything you mentioned above. All I got was an OK. When I asked why I am not receving my verification emails, the reply was "Sorry i dont work in the department". As for the sale "Sorry we dont know how long it will take to get Fibre installed".
So, now my purchase decision is on hold indefinitely. Which is a pity, since I had good service from them a few years back.
