No internet since MTN migration

Since the Wednesday 4th in the afternoon I lost internet connection when login it says connected but no internet access.

From the device page I can ping but I doesn't resolve to

The ws.afrihost.fwa APN settings that came with the device are not working.

This seems like it's a general issue for all the users that migrated from Cell C to MTN fixed wireless LTE users but nothing has been done at all.

Can we please get help as it is affecting our day to day work.

Hi rbandao, I have the exact same problem on one of my contracts which started on friday 27th at 6:30pm, also have a support ticket open - did you manage to get this fixed?

Also can ping and traceroute to, but TCP & UDP traffic doesn't work at all, so I can't load any sites.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused by this.

When setting up your compatible device, please ensure that you have set it 4G.

Routers set to auto may default to 3G  and thus result to no connection.

The issue is with the APN. Do a factory reset and log in again.
Go to the APN tab and create a new profile, rename it to Afrihost and make sure the APN field also says Afrihost. The username and password fields should be empty

I have the same issue and have done the above...
Reported it multiple times and I still am not connected

The reference for this is YAS-568-56508?

I am very unhappy
