A19733039 - Account number, our business had our fibre installed on the 12/11/2019 and still to this date we have not recieved our router???

Best way i solved this issue where i waited for the router and could find someone to assist me, is to phone them and ask them that you will collect it.  The person that was very helpful to me was Zandile,  maybe drop her an email:  zandile.m@afrihost.com  hope this helps.  because trying to phone, whatsapp etc. is impossible.

I have just recently struggled with getting a router as well. It took numerous calls, emails, whatsapps to even find out what their estimated delivery date is, in cape town so cant go pick it up. Something very wrong with however they are doing things, cos things cant take the amount of time to do as it is taking them. From delivery, to support, to enquiries, everything takes ages, rediculous. I got hold of their courier company as well. I basically made a fire wherever I could cos I was over the waiting.

I did this, it said awaiting payment. And on my payments or account page it said all payments are squared. So...yes...wasn't very helpful.
