Can I use my existing Client Zone profile to open a new line in a new apartment?

I know how to cancel my line (Unit19) in Client zone, but first want to open a new line for my new apartment (Unit 10) in the same block of flats before cancelling, as I dont want down time.

Can I use my existing Client Zone profile to open a new account before cancelling my old one?

Good Day Raymond,

Yes this is possible.

When moving address you will cancel the old fibre line and sign up the new address.


To avoid downtime, sign up the new unit and have the new line installed first. You will only be billed for the new line once the line becomes active. 
Once this is done you can cancel the old line. Cancellation must be done before the 15th of the month, to take effect at the end of that month or a new month will be billed. 

Please be aware of the Fibre cancellation policy.

How to cancel your Fibre account

Follow the steps below to cancel your Fibre services in ClientZone:

  1. Log into ClientZone.

  2. Click on the ‘Connectivity’ tab.

  3. Now select your Fibre package from the list on the right hand side.

  4. Click on the ‘Edit Package’ button.

  5. Click on the ‘Cancel this Service’ button.

  6. Complete the form and click on ‘Cancel this Service’ button to confirm your cancellation.


How to sign up for Fibre via ClientZone

  1. Go to ClientZone.

  2. Log in using your ClientZone credentials.

  3. Select the Connectivity tab.

  4. Select Sign up a New Connectivity Package

  5. Select Fibre

  6. You will be asked to check fibre availability in your area, Select ‘Check if I can get Fibre’

  7. You will be taken to the Fibre Coverage Map.

  8. Enter the address where you would like Fibre to be installed and press enter to search the map.

  9. Click on the ‘Check Fibre Availability’ button.

  10. Select your desired Fibre package and connection speed.

  11. Click Next

  12. Then complete the Fibre address details for your installation. Once done, click on the ‘Next Step’ button.

  13. Afrihost will supply you with a dual-band Wi-Fi router as part of your order. You’ll be asked to configure your router. Once done, click on ‘Next Step’.

  14. Finally, you’ll be taken to your Shopping Cart. Click on ‘Checkout’ to complete the order.

Hi, I checked now and with signing up a new line section. There is no option 4 available on the screen "4. Select Sign up a New Connectivity Package" Please advise
