How long will it take to activate a package change if initiated online via ClientZone?

Hi there,

It depends if you upgraded or downgraded your package.

Processing Time differs:

  • Upgrades (higher package) can take 2 - 48 hours to take effect.
  • Downgrades (lower package) are processed at the beginning of the following month.
