Please help Speed very slow and not getting any support from all support channels

My fiber speed for the last 5 weeks has been very slow like getting 0,2 mbps. When I ask for support via sms, Whatsapp it not answered and the phone by that time is offline.

Please assist not great experience
related to an answer for: What is going on at Afrihost support?

Afrihost does not respond to whatssap! it is just a marketing ploy

I have been experiencing the same problem - cannot get through to Afrihost - whatsapp, email and phone calls (over 10 minutes wait!) - why is Afrihost connection so poor??
