Do you offer no after hours support?New fibre installation and can't contact afrihost for activation and support

I had a fibre installation done and the installer only finished past 17h00. Tried to connect and had problems try contacting Afrihsot just to find out they have no support after hours??? As a ISP surely you should have a 24/7 support system

Good day,

Apologise for the trouble you were experiencing with your fibre and contacting Afrihost.

Once your fibre line is installed, you will need to activate the line.
