You say the following:
Unfortunately, the data usage for Telkom Fixed LTE in ClientZone will NOT be displayed in real-time. This is because of restrictions on Telkom’s side. Data usage will only be updated once daily at 12:00 and will reflect the data usage as at 17:00 the PREVIOUS day.
However, the only message I get when checking data usage for my Telkom Fixed LTE product is this:
Data Usage Unavailable
Telkom is unable to provide us with accurate and up-to-date data usage details. This is why we, unfortunately, cannot show you any usage details at this moment.
Why can I not never see what my data usage is for this product?
