If i take a 10meg fibre line and then later feel its to slow and want to upgrade it, would i be able to?

Hi there,

Yes, you can easily upgrade or downgrade your fibre package in ClientZone.

  • Log in to Client Zone (https://clientzone.afrihost.com)  

  • Select connectivity  

  • Select your fibre package from the menu on the right hand side 

  • Select edit package 

  • From the drop down menu select the product you wish to change 

  • Select the line speed you want  

  • Tick the box that states I accept that this package change will take effect at midnight 

  • Click change package 

Upgrades can take 2-48 hours to take effect. 

Downgrades are processed at the beginning of the following month. 


When upgrading a fibre package this will take effect immediately. 

When downgrading a fibre package this will only take effect at the end of the month.
