Yes, you can easily upgrade or downgrade your fibre package in ClientZone.
Log in to Client Zone (https://clientzone.afrihost.com)
Select your fibre package from the menu on the right hand side
Select edit package
From the drop down menu select the product you wish to change
Select the line speed you want
Tick the box that states I accept that this package change will take effect at midnight
Click change package
Upgrades can take 2-48 hours to take effect.
Downgrades are processed at the beginning of the following month.
When upgrading a fibre package this will take effect immediately.
When downgrading a fibre package this will only take effect at the end of the month.
