Why, everyday, I'm disconnected from the network and then billed to be reconnected?

Went through a very lengthy process yesterday to get internet after I initially had connection post installation. I was billed for that. Today again, same story. Can't connect. "Authentication error". Seriously? You have any idea how frustrating this is? Are you making up your money like this for the promotion you're running? To top it all, all forms of communication shuts down at 5.
