How do I upload my database on my windows package?

I have recently packaged one of your windows packages and went on to develop my content and database, but what worries me is that I don't appear to have any database or even file management tools in my cPanel.

You would need to upload your database as a .bak file format via FTP in the data directory on the server. We will than create the database, user and the password for your and also restore the backup file for you onto the server. Once this is done we will send you the connection string to make sure the .config file is updated with the correct information.

How long does this take. I need to do multiple database changes per day?
Is there a better way of working on this? Surely I can't wait for you to update the database from my .bak files each time I make changes. Am also using Entity Framework Code first, how best can I use the Shared hosting product?
This method is not viable. We need to be able to work on the DB and not wait for Afrihost to upload a backup. Where is the tools?
Hi, good night

I also have this issue which is main to me.  Trying to call Afrihost seems difficult.  I don't see any direction from the cPanel

I think you need to speak to your administrator
