Actually In general, when developing your own business, of course, your site should literally shout about the seriousness of your intentions, it should show how good you are at what you are doing, try to rely on keywords, but don’t forget about design, will someone help you , I'm sure. The more the merrier might not be the case when it comes to business emails. On average, a business person gets around 121 emails a day in their inbox, which can be pretty overwhelming if you think about it. It’s scary to imagine how much time would go on just trying to read all of those carefully. That’s why ... Most people don’t.
The business email should be long enough to convey the message we want to send.

If we are simply acknowledging a long-time client's update, our response email could simply say: “Got it!”

Tips:

-When including a list of short topics in an email, number of those topics.
-Confirm that your Subject and first sentence tell the recipient the actual topic of the email. We all get so much spam that when we don’t recognize the sender’s name or the topic of the email, we throw it right into the Junk folder.
