Connectivity in Kempton Park on the Pure LTE (MTN)?

This is the third time I'm having what seems to be the same issue in a matter of less than 2 weeks. I'm on Pure LTE MTN  and I keep on losing my internet connectivity despite my router having a strong signal. The person who assisted me last time said it looked like the issue was with my session, and suspected that it was an IP address issue, so he solved my issue by doing a reset on the line. How can I go about better solving this issue, or do I have to call an agent to reset my line every 3/4 days?
