Fibre Activation

I have ordered fibre from you.

Vumatel have installed the line and activated it. I have the VT number. 

On the client centre, it still says that the order is processing. I also have ordered a router which needs to be delivered. 

Please will you activiate on your side so I can add the VT number. is on my account and order  number is AH85335497E90F
