unfare Billing For Fibre

i Am Not happy with the service as i am getting charge for a full month and only get half a month service that is when my fibre got installed

and a payment was made to the bank account and then thay say no payment was recieved when i send the proof of payment

please a want this to be SORTED OUT ASAP or I am Going to Look For A Uther ISP That CAn Help Me
